Responsibilities
- Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
- Maintain cleanliness of kennels and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to veterinary staff.
- Assist with animal restraint during examinations or treatments as needed.
- Handle dogs safely during walks or treatments ensuring their safety and well-being.

Skills
- Proficiency in animal restraint techniques is essential.
- Previous Kennel Assistant in a Veterinary Setting Preferred
- Familiarity with kennel operations and procedures is beneficial.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling large breeds or equipment.
- Strong Feline/Canine handling skills, with an understanding of animal behavior.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members.
