We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager for a practice located in Rancho Cordova, Ca. This position requires someone with previous Veterinary Management Experience with proficient technical skills as a previous Vet Assistant/Unlicensed Technician/RVT.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for the pet care industry to join our team as a Practice Manager. As the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, handling financial management, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have technical skills, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, effective communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in practice management software.
Experience:
- Practice Manager: 1 year (Required)
Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Manage and supervise staff; including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency and development.
Productivity:
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate scheduling of appointments and manage client communication.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software related to practice management
- Registered technician is helpful but we will consider all candidates with Practice Management experience of at least 1 year with Prior Veterinary Assistance experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
